We've had new flooring put in the lounge, kitchen, dining, activity room and front and rear hallway. We need our skirting boards reinstalled... They are marked... it's the normal 67 x 18 ones. The old skirtings need glue scrapped off and nails either taken out or grinded off and then reglued back onto the wall. Might need about 8 metres of new skirting in addition for part of it. I have timber rot in the lower section of an external ground floor door frame (bottom of the jamb on one side). The timber is soft and needs to be properly cut out and repaired or replaced. There is also a section of internal skirting board nearby that needs replacing to match the existing profile. Scope: - Cut out and replace rotten section of door jamb - Replace damaged internal skirting board (ideally is but doesn’t need to be a perfect match) - Leave ready for painting The door opens onto a brick-paved courtyard. Between the new timber flooring and skirting needs caulking to seal. Total of 105lm for the entire area that needs done. Gap is 1-2mm.
