I have dustbin bags full of rubbish, scrap metal and tins of paint and in a cellar that is hard to access. It will be a two man job to get them out. I then need them disposed of so whoever does it will need a van and to know the appropriate place to take them. I would say that it should take about 3 hours to remove it all.
