My previous door lock was broken and I can’t get the previous door lock anymore because I didn’t like it. I need another door lock that will fit the same size as this size of the hole in the door or if there’s another way that can be figured out to add a door lock without changing the door.

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

Door handle has failed on a fire door internal, need to fix. Handle mechanism failed. The actual lock is fine. The handle grip on the locking bar failed, we couldn’t open without dismantling. I need works done on my bathroom. The master bathroom, I need the existing screening to be removed and a new shower door I've bought installed. i need the area around the shower entrance resealed and areas around my sink also resealed. In the second bathroom, I need the corner part of the bathroom re-sealed also.
